Pollutabator intrigues Rotarians in town meeting

82-year-old George W. Schryver of Williamstown Massachusetts unveiled a device he calls the pollutabator at a Mt Anthony Country Club luncheon. He described it as attacking sewage at the source through comminuting jets and germ killing radiation. The patent for the idea was granted in 1969 after an application in 1966, with the inventor hopeful it will replace large treatment plants and work from a one room camp to a 2000 room hotel or hospital. He noted progress is slow due to family illness but remains convinced of the device’s eventual success.
