Patrolman James Lammert stopped a car ahead of his cruiser Saturday night and arrested the driver. The vehicle had been stolen the night before with $500 in clothing and the officer’s service revolver recovered. In a separate matter, Asst. Atty. Gen. He noted the universal application implied by the phrase all state lands and outlined inconsistencies in how state land and structures are taxed.
