Episcopalians Consider Water Aid Plan for Vermont
The Episcopal Church in Vermont weighs a Poor People of Vermont request for a non profit water aid project. Aimed at supplying rural areas with a modern well drilling rig costing 75 000 to 80 000 dollars the plan would employ trained low income men. The diocese faces funds limits but forms a committee to study options and response.
