Washington Man Hints Candidacy For Atty. General

State Sen. Robert B. Eldredge of Washington indicated he expects to run in the September Republican primaries for attorney general. The 37 year old, in his second senate term in 1961, said an announcement would come within two weeks. Eldredge, a former Montpelier grand juror, is a law partner with Public Service Commissioner John D. Paterson. Incumbent Atty. Gen. Charles J. Adams said he would not seek re election this year.

House Gives Kennedy Brief Victory On Debt Limit
