Selectmen Review of Engineering Firm Hiring Process Continues
Eldred describes steps in screening applications for the Maguire and Associates project. The engineering firm’s personnel allegedly reviewed all candidates and split them into acceptable intermediate and not acceptable categories. A local citizens board then evaluated and made a final recommendation, with Eldred noting he accompanied engineer Claypoole to the screening meeting and later left.
