PARIS UPI The United States warned Communist delegates at the Paris talks it will not withdraw unconditionally from South Vietnam. Henry Cabot Lodge said no rigid formula exists for North Vietnamese withdrawal and pressed for results with both sides pulling out forces. He urged the Communists to state if they will withdraw from Cambodia and Laos under international supervision.
