Beir ut UPI Libyan information minister announced in Tripoli that four hijackers of a Japan Airlines jet will be tried under Islamic law, marking the first public punishment of hijackers in the Arab world. The hijackers, three Arabs and a Japanese, seized the craft over Amsterdam and blew it up at Hengari airport in Libya after a long flight.
