Selectmen weigh rerouting powerline through Manchester

Manchester selectmen considered a Velco proposal to reroute a 46 kv powerline along the Vermont Railroad tracks from Richville Road to Barnumville and east of East Dorset to Danby. The route faces Public Service Board review and possible rights abolition for landowners.
