Bennington Composer Sparks Dance Festival Concepts
Bennington College composer Vivian Fine proposed an experimental concept for two festival works to premiere in August at New London Connecticut. The project blends theatre dance and music and marks the first three dimensional dance presentation in the festival in its 18 year history. The works are commissioned from a Rockefeller Foundation grant of 10200 dollars to the Connecticut College School of the Dance which sponsors the festival.
