Parole Granted Billie Sol Estes Released From Prison

Billie Sol Estes walked out of La Tuna federal prison at 12 03 a m EDT after serving about six years of a 15 year sentence for his multimillion dollar swindle. He was paroled on the condition of refraining from promotional activities and kept from reporters.
