Bennington trustees were told inflation pushes local share of the state federal TOPICS highway improvement project to about 38 000, or 10 percent, of nearly 500 000 total cost. Consultant Paul E. Washington report on the Committee for National Health Insurance unveiling a cradle to grave health security program. It would be financed by workers, employers and government, replacing bills with coverage for doctor and hospital services, nursing home care, mental health, dental for children, drugs, devices and home health services.
