Mystery witness testifies in Yablonski probe in Cleveland
A mystery witness said to be a man who exposed the murder plot was to testify today at a federal grand jury in the slayings of UMW official Joseph A. Yablonski and his wife and daughter. The witness reportedly aided FBI in arrests of Paul Gilly Claude Vealey and Aubran Martin after a confession named all three. Prosecutors would not comment and the fourth man remains in protective custody.

BROC Plans Decentralized Reorg To Reach Low Income Groups
BROC the Bennington Rutland Opportunity Council earned board approval to submit an HEW plan for decentralizing administration. Rev. Robert Greene new executive director says the move aims to involve more low income people in decisions. The plan replaces three roles with county planning developers and field supervisors. A temporary program developer will also be hired April to June to design a year round Head Start set to start September 1970.

Stamford official seeks help to block high elevation development
Ira Whitney of the Stamford Planning Commission told Vermont lawmakers that a 3,400 acre parcel near 2200 feet elevation is being planned for a 600 to 1500 home recreational development by Frank Opie of Ayer Massachusetts.
