States Approve National Guard Overhaul Plans
Washington AP nearly half the states back Army reorganization for the National Guard. Twenty one states and Puerto Rico notified the National Guard Bureau of acceptance of revamped troop lists with more flexible brigades and prioritized divisions. Florida New Hampshire Indiana New Jersey may be first to reorganize by mid February with full completion by May 30 for summer camps.
