The Rev. Albert J. duBois announces a new body by dissident Episcopalians opposed to women priests. About 50 parishes with 10 000 to 12 000 members will leave the Episcopal Church to form the U S Episcopal Church using the 1928 Prayer Book and traditional canon law.
