Boulder jail ordered to supply special diet for inmate
District Court Judge William Neighbors ordered the Boulder County jail to provide salt and sugar free peanut butter and shredded wheat at every meal for Perry Boveno, 25, who claims his Spiritual Naturopathy religion requires a special diet. The order, effective until a later hearing, accompanies an ACLU suit alleging religious rights violations for the two year sentence for attempted burglary.
