Carter Aims for Bold Growth to Meet Budget Goals

The Congressional Budget Office warned that Carter administration aims for a balanced budget and full employment may require an unusually high growth rate above 5 percent through 1980. growth last quarter was 3 percent. Water main break causes city flood and repair efforts
