Man Held as Witness In Rensselaer Boy's Death
Thomas A. Leighton 54 of Albany was ordered held as a material witness in the death of 16 year old Albert Sitterly of Rensselaer. He appeared in Saratoga County Court and was remanded to county jail in lieu of 50 000 bail. Arraignment adjourned to Monday.
