Vermont Official Backs GMRA Aid For State Development
Vermont Development Dept. chief Elbert G. Moulton met with the Green Mountain Resort Association last week in South Londonderry and offered full cooperation. He invited GMRA president William Johnson of Wiley Inn, Peru, onto a 15 member council to coordinate state development efforts for a year or two. The council would cover all recreational industry aspects with Moulton as advisor. Johnson notes Moulton aims for competitive promotion and state advertising, urging town representation support. Doulton Mann of Peru joined the commissioner at the Wiley Inn dinner before the meeting.
