Manchester teen pleads guilty on suspended license
Manchester youth pleads guilty to driving with a suspended license in Manchester on December 22 and is fined 100 dollars plus costs. His mother explains the family moved from Londonderry the same day and failed to read late mail about the suspension. Judge Fienberg lends belief to the tale but imposes the fine, with an alternate 20 day jail sentence suspended and probation, the fine to be paid weekly to the probation department. Also at arraignment Judge Fienberg enters not guilty pleas for Farrell Joseph Lynch of Danbury to intoxication and drunken driving charges.
