Edward Brubaker 64 of North Bennington Vermont was killed when his car lost control on a curve and collided with a second vehicle on Route 22 in Wingdale New York Tuesday afternoon. His wife Katherine 61 was seriously injured and hospitalized in Sharon Connecticut with back and rib injuries. The couple had homes in North Bennington and were en route to visit her sister in Sharon. Brubaker had suffered a prior heart attack and the couple had settled in North Bennington amid world travels for his work.
