Larry M Stanford 21 of Saint John New Hampshire seized a Quebec airliner with 62 aboard at Wabash Labrador airport. He forced the craft to Montreal then Ottawa before surrendering to his father and a Montreal psychiatrist. He claimed he needed help and had been under psychiatric care for a long time.
