MONTPELIER The Vermont House Appropriations Committee chair predicted that evening educational television depends on Gov Davis 1971 budget projections. Rep Luther Hackett said a $60 000 supplemental may be needed to cover March through June if funding priorities allow continuing ETV. the governor has proposed $550 000 for 1971 to keep day and evening ETV on air. Hackett emphasized reviewing the budget item by item before pledging ongoing support.
