Vermont regional medical program names external systems consultant
Byron McDonald of TRW Systems in California has been named full time consultant for systems engineering of the New England Regional Medical Program funded by a 294,770 grant from the U.S. Public Health Service. Dr. Robert Coon said the aim is to apply aeroscience industry engineering to diagnose and treat heart disease cancer and stroke, with testing and operation planned.

The New York State Dormitory Authority awarded a 1 427 000 contract to Lange Finn Construction Co Inc to build an eight story residence hall for Albany Medical College and Albany Law School on 3 1 2 acre site at 84 Holland Ave Albany completion is planned for June 1968. Rutland driver license surrender ruled beyond court powers
Vermont Supreme Court ruled Rutland Municipal Court exceeded its jurisdiction by ordering Peter Paul LaPlaca surrender of his license after he refused a chemical blood test. He was charged with public intoxication, not driving while intoxicated, and the law limits blood tests to DWI arrests.
