Union Board Eyes Continuation of Ford Foundation Programs
The Mt Anthony Union School Board weighed whether to continue Ford Foundation programs after the three year grant ends in August 1967. About $175,000 has funded summer schools, consultants and workshops through 1965 and 1966, including Prospect School in North Bennington. Any continuation after August 1967 would require a new grant, unlikely, so decisions involve which Ford offerings to sustain and who will fund them.
