A tie vote by Catamount Dyers Inc employees in Bennington on whether ILGWU should be bargaining representative left several ballots contested. Attorney R Paul Wickes said no clarification procedure yet, while ILGWU organizer Joseph Danahy noted 44 votes cast and a picket line to remain until 6 am tomorrow. Balloting occurred at the senior Citizen Center on Ben Mont Avenue and ended before 11 30 am. The strike began August 18.
