Pal Joey Ends Williamstown Season 1965
Williamstown Theatre closes its season with Pal Joey a Rodgers and Hart musical. The production draws praise for design and Ludlow Lowell but critics fault lead casting and overall pace citing Waddell Vera and Eames as uneven while noting strong choreography and stunning costumes. New York report notes Johns Hopkins study links birth weight to later impairment in motor, perception and speech in preterm children.
