Manchester zoning problem returns to attorney over road acreage
Manchester selectmen unanimously asked attorney Arthur O'Dea to investigate a zoning dispute over whether town right of way can count toward property acreage. The issue centers on Beech Street land owned by Lee Chabot and whether middle of road land can be included to meet 2 acre zoning. Critics warn this could undermine zoning law and urge a broader law review.
