Four Wounded in Shooting Spree in New Haven
Unemployed janitor Joseph Davis shot four at the Olin Mathieson Winchester Club cafeteria before police killed him. Davis had been discharged the prior day and is linked to the earlier slaying of Rebecca Wilson, 34, found with a knife wound in a lovers lane near a police precinct. The attack left Mrs Ellen Koch, 51, among the wounded. Wilson died at the scene.
