Dorset Boy Dies After Auto Struck While Bicycling
An 11 year old Dorset boy, Jeddie Matson, was fatally struck by a 1968 Peugeot driven by Martha Gradsky on Route 30 in Dorset. He died at Rutland Hospital at 3:20 p.m. The car had minor damage. Matson died after being taken by ambulance from the scene. Funeral services are planned at Brewster Funeral Home in Manchester Center with burial at Maple Hill Cemetery. He leaves a mother, siblings, and a half brother.
