About 200 Vermonters attend the preview of Vermont’s Expo 67 pavilion. The structure features Weatherwood tones and a water feature, presenting a restrained, majestic aesthetic unlike brighter rival pavilions. A minor film hiccup in the theater was to be fixed before the public opening.

Religious Center Proposal Shelved by School Board

The Mt. Anthony union school board said it is not presently in favor of integrating foundation taught religious courses into the regular curriculum. Clergymen proposed off campus, voluntary non credit courses next year. attorneys may later define legal boundaries for a possible program. Union School Budget Climbs $500,000

The Mt. Anthony Union High School Board approved a gross operating budget of 1.8 million for the 1967-68 year, driven by BCHS student placements in the public system. Coppolino Convicted of Second Degree Murder in Florida
