North Bennington Villagers Extend Group Meeting Topic
The North Bennington Villagers Extension Group will meet Tuesday at the library at 8 p.m. The topic, Pop Art That Andy Warhol Never Heard Of, promises a lively discussion. Constance E White of 16 School St has been admitted to the University of Bridgeport under its early plan for fall enrollment. She is NBHS class of June graduate and will study dental hygiene. Pvt. Robert A. Church, NBHS alumnus, completed an eight week combat engineer course at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri under the Reserve Enlistment Program. The 24 year old is the son of Mrs Julia F Church and received training in roads, railroads, demolitions, and mine warfare.

Mountain Towns appoints Pratt fire lookout on Hogback Mountain
