A kickoff luncheon in Manchester April 19 announced the 1975 Fresh Air Program for 15,000 invited city children and 1,000 visiting campers across 12 states. The program, tracing its roots to 1887 pioneer efforts, seeks ongoing support and ideas for its centennial celebration.
