Hanno named as early Atlantic explorer by Harvard expert
A Harvard linguist and an archaeologist report evidence that Hanno the Navigator annexed Massachusetts 475 B C and sailed the American Atlantic coast centuries before Christ. They cite inscriptions on a stone at Appucxet Trading Post as confirmation and tie the find to a possible pre Columbus voyage from Cardiz.

IRS cash change standoff ends with employee help
Eugene Zak, 73, tried to pay 394 dollars in cash at a Memphis IRS office but the staff could not make change and asked for a check. He refused and, after raising a stink about legal tender, was aided when IRS employees lent him change from their own pockets. The second paragraph about New Zealand appears unrelated.
