Sports radical avoids questions linked to Hearst case
Jack Scott a 33 year old sports world radical who is suspected of aiding Patricia Hearst emerged from hiding in San Francisco saying he did nothing wrong. He refused to answer questions and would not talk to the FBI or a grand jury. He was accompanied by Bill Walton and remained silent on counsel advice. Reports say Hearst and other SLA fugitives stayed at a Pennsylvania farmhouse rented by Scott’s wife Micki. FBI telephone records connect the farmhouse with the case.
