UPI reports police captured four fugitives from a Vermont county jail break during a routine car check in Ballston Spa New York. The group includes Raymond Provencher 28 of Biddeford Maine Philip Walker 19 of Limerick Maine and two Vermont men Lloyd Martels 30 of Wells and Louis Bowers 39 of Winooski. A fifth escapee Paul Dussault of Biddeford turned himself in Nashua New Hampshire earlier Sunday.
