A better idea from DiGangi at Bennington Post Office
Joseph C. Digangi received a cash award under the Post Office Department Suggestions and Awards program for a plan to fit alphabetically arranged certified letters. Previously letters were stored in one location in disordered fashion causing delays. The new system speeds letter retrieval and improves service.
