High price for Southdown sucker lambs at Benalla market
At Benalla stock market in the last fortnightly sale the high price of 8 1 0d was paid for a pen of this year's Southdown sucker lambs owned by Mr H T Lee of North Winton. The lambs were of outstanding quality. Sellers were Watts Turnbull and Co merged with Australian Mercantile Land and Finance Co.
