Charles Rogers and Pam Purcell of Brainerd face a preliminary hearing delay after a break in at Anderson's Jewelry, Blackduck. Each remains jailed on $5,000 bond. Leonard G. Newell of Bemidji pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. case continued for one week with pre sentence investigation ordered after transfer from Juvenile Court.
William Ohman of Leonard died at Shevlin Tuesday. Olson Schwartz Funeral Home will announce his funeral services. Francis King Bridgman 76 of Bemidji died at Northern Pines Good Samaritan Home Blackduck. He was born in Chicago and worked for Illinois Bell. Survivors include wife Myrtle two sons and four grandchildren. Funeral services set for Friday at 11 a.m. at McKee Funeral Home with burial at Turtle River Cemetery.
