Frank Elliott, 36, of Bemidji died Tuesday night when his empty flat-bed trailer collided head on with a second truck on a narrow foggy bridge on U.S. 75 near Maurice Iowa. The Omaha driver, Muller 27 in critical condition at St. Josephs Hospital Sioux City. Elliott born May 19 1995 Cass Lake lived locally married Oct 13 1962 Maxine Olson survives along with a daughter Teresa and son Timothy.
