Arrest suit filed at Cass Lake

A $240000 damage suit was filed in U S District Court in Duluth on Nov 9 against the village of Cass Lake and three police officers for alleged illegal arrest false imprisonment and assault of four Cass Lake youths Oct 15. Faculty, civil service workers gain pay hikes
