Revenue dispute suspends Bemidji State paper
The Bemidji State College student newspaper Northern Student will not be printed this week due to a long running dispute over advertising revenues. Dr Charles Austad, SAC subcommittee chair, says a settlement is unlikely until later this week. The conflict concerns pay for student staff and dates back to 1968-69 when the issue first arose and the editor and managing editor were involved.
