Menominee Indians reject hospital offer at siege site
About 200 Indians holding the Alexian Brothers estate near GHESHAM Wisconsin rejected a bid by the religious order to turn the 175 acre mansion into a hospital under outside control. They demand the land and buildings revert to Indian ownership and said the hospital, if built, must be under Indian control.
