Irven Anderson 63 longtime Beltrami Nursing Home administrator in Bemidji died unexpectedly in Minneapolis while weekend visitors. FDA recalls mushrooms tied to botulism concern nationwide
FDA says a recall order stopped distribution of nearly all 30,000 cans of mushrooms feared contaminated with botulism toxin. Two lots from United Canning Co of East Palestine Ohio processed in late January were recalled. Cans, six pounds nine ounces, were distributed in Pennsylvania Ohio New York and Illinois. About 200 investigators searched four states for stock in pizza parlors wholesalers and subdistributors. Most cans reportedly accounted for.
