Regulation Genes and Enzyme Production Theory Emerges
In 1961 two French scientists Francois Jacob and Jacques Monod proposed that cells regulate enzyme production via regulatory genes that stimulate or inhibit machinery. Walter G Heiden, head of Wisconsin Citizens for Probate Reform, urged simpler statutory forms so families can file wills without costly lawyers or protracted court delays. The Milwaukee group reports 228000 petition signatures toward a 1973 legislature overhaul of probate laws.
