In Minneapolis Senator Hubert H. Humphrey, 66, was found to have an inoperable pelvic tumor during surgery at the University of Minnesota Hospitals. Doctors say chemotherapy may control the cancer, a lingering effect of a bladder cancer last October. The surgery included a colostomy and removal of the cancerous bladder.
