Seat belts urged after fatal bus crash near Rochester
A bus carrying 21 people spun off a snow covered highway near Marion Minnesota killing four and injuring several. A passenger from Colorado blamed lack of seat belts for any fatalities and said the driver did everything possible to regain control as the bus overturned into a ditch. Victims were Gary Running Janet Bartmann Barbara Borquist and Sister Shirley Stepker. Two hospitalized and one in satisfactory condition with a hand injury. Authorities said none of the 17 who sought medical care suffered serious injuries.
