Infantile horse thieves defraud seller in Mitchell vicinity

Robbery on a Moving Streetcar in Louisville
Furniture dealer H Crumpler of Tampa Florida was robbed on a Louisville streetcar Saturday noon. A purse containing 200 in bills and a 469.17 New York draft was stolen but later recovered and turned over to police. The draft was not honored by the banks and the thief escaped. The bag was found later in a saloon rear and returned to Crumpler who continued to Bedford. The incident involved three strangers and is linked to Eastern crooks following a presidential party.
