Introduced by Senator Charles W. Lanz of Bedford the measure delegates prosecution to state attorneys general for violations while exempting labor unions. The bill defines a trust as a combination to restrict competition or fix prices and would void contracts violating set price standards. It carries misdemeanor penalties and requires trust officials to submit company books for trials, with labor not considered a commodity.
