It claims non secret non alcoholic glyceric extract with known composition and endorsements.
The Indiana state charities board outlines why most country asylum inmates are men and aged sixty or older. Of 8,278 inmates on August 31, 1908, men outnumber women, and nearly half are insane, feeble minded, or epileptic. The report argues asylums provide essential care while noting limited state placements for such cases.

May Parish filed for separation from James Parish in Lawrence Circuit Court alleging twelve years of neglect and habitual drunkenness. She says she supported herself and child by doing family washings after his failure to contribute. she also accuses him of cruel and inhuman treatment and false accusations of immorality.
Miss May Tech daughter of Mr and Mrs Frank W Tech received a costly fur set from Presbyterian Sunday School officers for her efficient church and Mission work on Seventh street. She planned an extended Christmas visit to Louisville and Cincinnati. Her infant class teaching earned wide regard among the congregation and scholars.
