They were attended by the groom's sister and a friend then went to Foley for a wedding breakfast before departing for Minneapolis and Milaca Minn to start their new home. The bride, a 1930 New Market High School graduate, is a trained nurse from General hospital Kansas City Mo. The groom trained physician from Foley High School and St Johns College later earning an M D from the University of Minnesota. They will reside in Milaca.

The weekly chapel featured Miss Youngberg in charge and an intelligence test. Greek studies were shown with Ralph Pratt and Richard Burton outlining past and present Greece, aided by pictures and a Greek costume from Elizabeth Webster. The Girl Reserve drive ended with forty three members and $430 raised for the treasury.
